With the Riverside Studios in Berlin, HK Audio has gained an extraordinary creative hub as a partner. Well-known artists such as Ritchie Hawtin, Booka Shade or Pan-Pot gather under one roof with their recording studios, regular showcases with young talents and established artists. Besides, press conferences and workshops of all kinds take place in this 1200m2 areal. Riverside Studios houses a lab space that can accommodate 150-200 guests for demo gigs, press conferences or other special events. Even before the partnership with HK Audio, a PREMIUM PRO system of the Sankt Wendel-based audio manufacturer had been installed there. In this respect, there was already a brand preference in the search for a new system. After the room was acoustically surveyed, the decision was made to have a LINEAR 5 Power Pack, with enough power to fill even larger venues. With this new pa-system, a DJ gig on the roof of the building, which is home to Beatport (world-wide most popular download platform for electronic music) and also the radio station FLUX FM, was successfully hosted. With the partnership, HK Audio reaches innovative software and hardware manufacturers in the music industry, such as Native Instruments, as well as organizers of songwriting camps and also agents from many different areas, such as Reporter ohne Grenzen.
